Detailed rates per night:
Low Season: R3000 per night
Mid Season: R5500 per night
High-Peak Season: R9000 per night

Terms and Conditions:
A minimum night stay restriction applies as follows:
A minimum 2 nights required over low season
A minimum 10 nights is required over December/January peak season
1. 50% Payment to secure booking.
2. Balance payable 4 weeks prior to occupation.
3. Cancellation fee of 10% of total rental amount if cancelled 6 weeks prior to occupation.
4. Cancellation fee of 50% of total rental amount if cancelled 3-5 weeks prior to occupation.
5. No refunds for cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to occupation.
6. Please note a R5000 Refundable key/breakages deposit is also required. (This can take up to 7 working days to be returned, once the home, golf cart and fines committee has been checked.)
7. Linen and bath towels are provided.
8. Please note we do not accept Student Bookings.
